A Qbus installation has a 4-year warranty period on all DIN-rail modules. The warranty on non-DIN-rail material (except PC-material) is 2 years. The warranty on PC-material is 1 year. 

The warranty period starts from the delivery date (invoice date counts as delivery date). The warranty consists of a free-of-charge repair, replacement or a credit note for the purchase value of the defect material. The warranty will be void if:

• The defect is a consequence of a faulty installation;
• The defect results from non-normal usage or not respecting the specifications of the modules; 
• The defect is caused by external influences such as surtension or water damage. 

Every module under warranty that seems to be defect needs to be sent to Qbus Service, Joseph Cardijnstraat 19, 9420 Erpe Mere, Belgium with a copy of the invoice.  

In no event shall Qbus be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity and loss of bargain, or any other loss recognised as consequential damages of the customer, its owners, directors, officers, employees and agents or its customer.
