General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are applicable to all deliveries. Each order implies the acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
If the product can not be delivered, the agreement will be legally cancelled.
The prices quoted are valid at the time of publication, after which they may be subject to changes. In these prices, shipping costs are not included.
Cancellations and returns
As a private consumer, you have a 14-day term during which you can cancel the goods purchased. If our products do not meet your requirements, you can report it and return it, provided the packaging has remained intact and the product has not been used. Qbus reserves the right to refuse returned goods or to provide a refund if they are not in their original packaging or have been used by the purchaser. This right to cancel the goods purchased does not apply to business customers.

Complaints or disputes
Complaints or disputes should be notified within 7 days after delivery. Should a complaint be found to be justified, our liability will be limited to a replacement of the goods.
Any liability on the part of the seller will be limited to the amount actually paid for the order.
In the case of overdue payments, an interest of 1% per month from the invoice date will be automatically charged without requiring any prior notice of default on the outstanding invoice amounts. In the case of non-payment 14 days after an admonition by regular letter, there will be a flat-rate compensation of 10% (ten percent) of the outstanding amounts with a minimum of € 50 (fifty euros) and a maximum of € 2,000 (two thousand euros).
The seller remains the owner of all goods until the time of full payment.
The seller is not liable for any advice, print or publication errors on the website.
Only the Belgian law, and in particular the courts of the district of Ghent, is applicable on these conditions of sale.
All prices on the shop include Belgian VAT.
Qbus does its utmost to ensure that prices are accurate, but can not guarantee that there are absolutely no errors in prices. In case there is an error in the price of a product, Qbus will allow the customer to accept the new price or cancel the order. If Qbus is unable to contact the customer within 30 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
Delivery and delivery time
Orders are sent between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays. Qbus is not responsible for unpredictable delays due to the transportation company. The products are delivered according to the instructions mentioned with each product.
