Climawest played a key role by executing the installation smoothly and providing additional services: they can remotely monitor the boiler room and intervene quickly in case of problems—without needing to be on site. This significantly reduces response times.
The outdated installation was completely replaced. On the ground floor, radiators connected to a central heating boiler provide warmth. Further into the building, climate beams take care of both heating and cooling.
The system is entirely focused on energy efficiency: the heating circuits are set to the lowest heating curve and are individually controlled by separate timers. The chilled water for the climate beams is managed based on the dew point, ensuring optimal comfort with minimal energy consumption.
